If surgery is needed, Dr. Spencer is experienced in minimally invasive procedures and focuses on shorter hospital stays so patients can return to work quicker.

Dr. Spencer is a member of the North American Spine Society and the Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. He is currently a neurosurgeon at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, Michigan.

Timothy Spencer, DO, of Greater Michigan Spine & Neurosurgery in Battle Creek, joined the hospital to offer minimally invasive procedures, according to a news release. Before he joined, the hospital didn’t have neurosurgery available.

Dr. Spencer specializes in minimally invasive spine care. He founded his practice, Greater Michigan Spine & Neurosurgery, in 2006.
